You stole over a hundred banners from xtoma's island, as well as all of his redstone.

 

With the help of a staff manager, I was able to retrieve most of the stolen items from the chests you placed them into on your island and return them to xtoma, but 135 of the stolen banners are still missing and need to be returned.

I am disappointed that instead of taking responsibility for your actions and trying to make amends, you first denied that you had done anything wrong, and then when presented with concrete evidence, chose to downplay the seriousness of your actions.

We all make mistakes and experience lapses of judgement, but the right thing to do when that happens is to own up to our mistakes, do what we can to make it right, and learn from the experience so we don't make the same mistakes again.

You were banned for griefing and stealing items that belonged to another player. This sort of behavior is bad because it it violates the trust of other players and breeds resentment. Such actions weaken the community and harm the server by driving players away. Instead of griefing and stealing, I expect you to be truthful and honest in your words and deeds, to take pride in your own work, and to be respectful of the rights and property of others.

Before I can consider allowing you to return to the community, I need to be confident that you understand the severity of what you did and why it was wrong. I also need to make sure you know and understand the server rules. And I need to be persuaded that you care enough not to break the rules again. Lastly, I need a firm commitment from you to make amends for what you did, and this includes returning the remaining items you took from xtoma or arranging for fair payment for any items you are unable to return.

Since your ban seems to have expired mid-appeal without our having arrived at a satisfactory conclusion in this matter, I have extended your ban by another 31 days to give us some more time to resolve this issue. If you are cooperative and demonstrate to me that you're truly sorry and that you intend to make things right, there's no need to wait out the entire month, but this depends entirely on how you choose to proceed from this point forward.
