    Probably neutral at this point, sorry man.
    I've never actually seen you online, and I'm in your timezone and I play constantly. More traits could be useful, too and I think you should tell us more about yourself. Although, not a bad application. The previous bans section is also quite waffly, so I'd personally recomend shortening that part of your application.

    You don't need to say how long you have been playing in this section, BUT you should write that in the question where it specifically asks for how long you have played. Remove the filler.
