If you own something, you should have the right to sell it for whatever you want if you have the right buyer.

 

Funny how everyone uses EULA as an argument. Cyp does not care about EULA. I wonder if he will ever upgrade the server as his whole business model relies on trades (which he calls "donations" to obviously bypass income tax) that go against Mojang EULA. And BTW Mojang EULA is not against IRL currency trading as long as there is no ingame advantage involved. So you may trade decorative items only. A concrete example would be : you may trade heads, but not beacons.

 

Whether you make it legal or not, it will still happen. Just saying...

So it really doesn't matter to me, keep it illegal if you want.
