Changing name from Roadhog380 to Roadhog360 made me lose my Donor10 rank.

 

Hello? Am I going to get my rank back? I paid for this, and would really like some response.

Probably not. Haven't seen him reply to any donation help issue in years. Thousands of dollars were practically scammed. My money is a small part of that pile, but is still lost money the owner is showing no acknowledgement or care for.

 

If you did not receive your rank, do the following:

1. After the thirty days is up, change your name back to the original name that held the rank.
2. Log on to Skyblock and see if you got your rank back.
3. After another 30 days is up, you can change your name back to what you wanted, and you will still have the rank.

If you don't get your rank back, I suggest contacting Sean personally on the forums through PM.

 

Already did this. Was extremely inconvenient and unnecessary. Worked, but seeing as how the owners don't care for donations, and only want money, I will never be donating to this server again.

 

I don't see why you'd get upset at me, I am only trying to help. I am sorry you're experience was bad, I am only trying to help others fix the problem. If it worked, you shouldn't be upset. At least you got your rank back as that was the goal

I understand your worries. I think this thread isn't looked at mainly because the issue is fixed now and most people got their ranks back. The people who didn't notice they were gone after the issue was fixed were most likely the ones who weren't replied to.
