So, I had originally planned on just giving Cypriot the hypothethical situation, but later decided on giving all of my Mod contacts/ex-mod contcts it as well just to see what they're views were.

This was the Situation given to Cypriot which was later copy-quoted to the other convos.
In this Situation, P1 represented me, P2 was Goden, and JJ was Shadow.

I have a hypothetical hellblock question for you

I copied and pasted that to each person that I asked.

-AppleGuy said that it wasn't OK but he didn't read it all the way through and later changed his mind to say that P1(me) was not at fault because he had warned JJ

-Demon said that though "P1" should have given "JJ" More time, it was fine. but demon was not 100% sure, due to this being a bit more controversial than anyone thought.

-Jennie, already expressed her thoughts.

-Taylor had absolutely no idea, which, I don't blame her.

These are all the people who replied to me, Ill add more if anyone else replies.

 

I wouldn't mind seeing what everyone else you asked has said.

 

Just a heads up, I haven't ignored the appeal, but merely been reading it as it goes along. I'll give my input when I believe I have to when I feel prepared.

Hey, any news on Checking Joe's Chat logs? I would really like to know if I am really un-attentive, or if joe really didnt warn me not to mess with the chests.

 

McBird's reply was that it was P1's island, so it was P1's rules. or to be more exact "his island, his rules"

 

How many hours ago was this said and was it in global or message?

 

Its it currently 9:26 Am for me, And the convo with joe happened on Saturday around 2 PM, and the day for me is tuesday. So it was almost 3 days ago. 72-5=67. My best guess would be about 67 hours. but its summer, and I just woke up, so my math may be off.

You were told they could not be unlocked. You're clearly lying in this appeal. You were attentive when you were told they were not going to be unlocked and even asked about why they could not be.

DarkAngel's response the the scenario was that it was a D*** move of P1 to take them items, but since it is his island, it wasn't technically illegal. There was a minor discussion about my appeal afterwards, and she still said that she wouldn't place the blame on me.

 

um... Cissa, That doesnt say that I cant unlock the chests... it only says that goden and shadow are friends. also, I logged off briefly right after Joe had said that to see if shadow was on net. He wasnt on at theat moment so I returned back to HB.

Im not lying in this appeal, because I have absolutely no reason to. Telling the truth is in my favor, because in the word of Mcbird, "his island, his rules" And I literally couldnt have said it better myself. It is my island. Shadow isnt in my coop. I dont give a crap if shadow is friends with an island partner or not. His chests were on my island. They became my chests with his locks on them as soon as he placed them on my island. and nothing stopped him from coming on when I asked him to. Nothing stopped him from even finishing his move before logging out at all. I was in the right. Was it mean for me to do what I did? Yes. Was it againt the rules? No. ive talked with multiple mods and exmods about this and told you their responses. Most said that it wasnt a cool thing to do, but was not illegal.

The first screenshot has Joe saying "can't" and the second one has you asking why he can't unlock the chests.
