You say you were not advertising yet earlier, you'd sort of admitted that you were. Money can't buy you an unban either as you could pay something like five dollars and get away with it, meaning you could do it again.

You should have understood your first warning when you were banned for performing an illegal trade. I want you to read the rules again. You will be unbanned very shortly but as I warn again, there will be higher consequences if this action is repeated again or if banned again.
