Saying to change colors due to brightness isn't as annoying because if it is this bright you probably cant understand it and it irritates the eyes. [if it is this bright you probably cant understand it and it irritates the eyes.]

 

I can understand that but anybody who is serious about applying wouldn't make their application that color because it is damn near impossible to read without highlighting the text.
