I'm gonna have to agree with Lemo, Fun and Tom. Lemo is not being biased in any way, he apologized for what he did and he gave you a verbal warning. You refused so now you must pay the price. If it were my appeal I would've already denied it for lack of remorse or any sense of doing anything wrong.
But how do you guys know I feel no remorse? You're all bias against me anyways since you're all his friend that's how these appeals always work, everyone is with the banning moderator. "lack of remorse or sense of wrongdoing", how the hell could you possibly know?
No to what? And why? What conflict? There is no conflict, I merely want to rate things again and if he wanted to resolve that he'd have accepted this appeal. Why would I remove it? I put it there for a reason. 1) I do care about others. 2) How do you know? 3) Uh what? And yes, I did ask for a perm ban, which I actually rather as opposed to this.
Because you asked for a punishment. Why appeal this if you don't even care? If you'd prefer a perm ban? Why not just log off and stop abusing your permissions. It's obvious you show no remorse what so ever because you immediately called Lemonade biased instead of taking responsibility for your actions. You refuse to allow other mods help him in this because in your eyes every mod is biased. Tom is a new moderator, he has not yet formed a bond with the staff team. Some of the mods don't even talk to eachother outside of moderating. Just because we have the same rank does not mean we are friends. You refused to do as he asked which broke another rule of forums, so pretty much your punishment is just either way for the breaking of not one, but two rules. 1. Rate abuse. 2. Not following or respecting the instructions of the staff. I don't have to know you in real life to know you show zero remorse because I see it in your actions. You are not sorry and I doubt you ever will be.
Actually you are wrong, I didn't immediately accuse Lemonade of being bias, Sean did, re-read this thread please? Anyhow, what actions of mine have led to you believing I feel no remorse?
How you're handling this appeal, you're finding loopholes, you're constantly contradicting anything a mod says.
Because it's false, I am doing everything I can to get my ability to rate back, do you really think I'm going to allow false accusations to be made that will weaken my chances of succeeding in this appeal?
I will try to not get involved further, however rate abuse over 600 ratings...You're really just contradicting yourself. False? Think about what you did and contemplate over it and then come back. ~Tom
You two have no idea what I'm talking about do you? I never said that the accusation that I gave out over 600 ratings was false, she told me how I was handling this appeal, and I said I was only protecting myself from false accusations, for example, the accusation that I immediately called Lemonade bias, when I didn't.
If you've actually read this thread you'd see that it was Sean who accused Lemonade of being bias. I'd really appreciate if you moderators could stop coming onto my appeal make false accusations whilst not even bothering to read the appeal.
You feel that I am biased, but Sean also did not read the full appeal. As you accuse us of not reading the appeal, you allow Sean to back you up; but when we don't read the appeal, you go completely against what we have to say. When it's in your favor, you agree but deny the facts, and in no way am I biased against you. I am experiencing no sort of sympathy in this appeal; rather, I'm getting lashed for being a so-called biased moderator. Once again, denied.
