The thing is it doesn't matter if you refund his items, it doesn't take back the fact that this isn't your first time doing this. Yes you apologized, but in this case it's not your first time doing this, so an apology is pointless.
I don't want to keep you banned, but note, that If I end up accepting this appeal, it will be your last chance, you will be done on chances. your appeal will be denied, no questions asked.

You do know the rules, and you know what you did was wrong, and I am not even convinced you won't do this again. I am going to look at some of your other appeals, and I will get back to you.

I actually mean the apology this time though because the last time I said sorry I didn't even know who I griefed where this time I know who I griefed.

 

You've been banned about 3/4 times just this month. You've been banned so many times for griefing. You knew it was illegal, and why I am denying this appeal is because I do not think you will change, and I feel that once if I was to unban you you'd go back to griefing once more, you can appeal again in 2/3 weeks.

For now, I want you to come back with a lesson learned, and when you do appeal again, please know that I want to be convinced to unban you.
