I give some support. Like always, I agree with Rex. I think you're very nice and sweet but I believe it may be too much responsibility for you and you may crash under it. You are very sensitive and slightly less mature than a mod should be, and you're biased. I love you as a person and it's just constructive critism, not to put you down at all. Thank you for the feedback, Gingy. I know this takes a lot of responsibily but, I want to do this, I want to help people and I'm not giving up. I know I'm sensitive and not as mature as other people but, I can change. I can take this. I have done similar things before, moderating here is something I've wanted to do ever since I joined the forums. I want to help and I will help, no matter what it takes. If I crash and fall, I can always try again. Also, do you mind explaining how I am biased? It would help me a lot. Once again, thank you Gingy.

 

No problem at all. I just don't want to see you overwhelmed or so stressed like I've seen other mods, demoted mods and resigned mods. Biased, by definition, is unfairly prejudiced for or against someone or something. So, if you know someone and you care about someone more than a stranger, you will treat them more unfairly. Taking their sides, slipping past their mistakes. Which in my opinion is okay once you get mod and it's just little slip ups, if you treat everyone that way. Like, you know I curse. Some mods don't mind it and treat everyone with a I don't mind kind of attitude, and some of them do care and refuse to tolerate, which I respect both. I want to see you still having fun on the game, and I've seen a lot of mods say that the fun has been taken out by the responsibility, excessive need for help, and so many situations. Especially with school starting up, it may be too much for you. You're smaller and fragile and I want this to stay and not see you fall down and crash under the pressure. Lots of love, Mel.

Just a tip. There is no need to say "Thank you" after every reply. It makes us hard to read feedback based from other people. Try saying thanks in chunks. Regarding on what I've stated you can just like their post or some other rating. ^-^

 

I like saying thank you to other players when they are giving me something, in this case, it's support. I just think it's polite to say thank you to players and that is just simply my opinion, it doesn't have to be the same as yours. I don't really like using ratings to show them gratitude, I just don't think of it much as saying a thank you to the other player. I'm not really bumping it if i'm saying thank you and that is not my reason to do so, I am doing nothing wrong by saying thank you.
