Can anybody help me? My name is KingDavid04 I use to play years ago. Im trying to get into my old Java account but missed Microsoft migration or something. My account seems to be gone. How can I access this old base I have, any mods or admins that can help me possibly. I have tons of items, over 1,000 diamonds, stacks and stacks of grass blocks, player heads, keys, spawned, OG items. I’d really like to access them and give it all away and checkout my old base.

 

You should open a support ticket on the discord server and as long as you are able to prove ownership to the old account they should be able to help you

 

Staff may be able to collect certain items, and store them safe foe you to access if you can prove its your island. I'm unsure if they can do anything regarding build access unless the island has a coop partner or trusted players added. As skycloud says a discord or forums bug report would be best thing to do.
