    We were playing a game, and I thought it was funny. Why would I take proof of me paying for something? Why does there need to be receipts for EVERYTHING.

    Because having proof of a trade in full can stop you from getting in trouble. You show you paid, and then they have to answer for it. Much like you purchase a faulty item from a shop and want to return it, you prove you paid for it via your receipt. You don't get your rank, you prove you paid via your receipt. You make a trade and someone denies you pay, show them the proof you did. It is logical to do so to avoid complications.

    I just figured he'd accept the payment and be done with it. I didn't think he'd take it this far. (About Father that is.
