Guys stay on topic. In order to attempt a refund I need the coordinates to any chests the egg was in. I need the name of the player to traded we with if you traded in a chest on their island. Any other screenshots if possible. Then I will decide on refunding you.
Looks like the refund is not possible anymore as I can't remember the name of that green bean and I haven't taken any coordinates of his island. :/
From an official standpoint we cannot refund this. You can try to contact cyp on this matter, see if he can do anything for you. I will archive this for the time being, you can link cyp here if you need. I hope something can be done, sorry.
