Yes the pictures have the grass and dirt in them, but it was implied and well-known by the buyer that the island would have all of those removed. I did dig up all of it, and was trusted later to place the appropriate grass and red sand which had belonged to us and was included in the deal. Any sand that is currently on the island was placed after the fact by the buyer, who likely bought it or received it in a kit.
It is relevant because I am going to visit the island and check on the blocks that the new owner placed.
Checked the island. Records show that no one dug up/replaced the grass/dirt/sand on that island. All of the dirt, grass, and sand are still there. If the island truly changed hands as you claimed, then this is massive illegal trading. Because of this and also because you attempted to cover it up by lying about digging up all of the illegal blocks, you are both permanently banned. You are welcome to explain further in your appeal but I will not tolerate any lies.
