Is economy going downhill?

    There's also gonna be a lot of lag from the pumpkins as entities, as the hoppers are disabled!

    Pumpkin farm lag is HORRIBLE.

    I think people will like cut their losses with the bones and find the next-best investment and farm the heck outta that. That's how the game goes in general for most people.

    I agree. I actually wish that Pistons (or redstone) were disabled to prevent auto farms. Also turn on natural mob spawns and remove all spawners. That way the economy is on a fair PLAYING field, not auto-grind field. :p

    Well, Nether warts will be coming back then, that's something I never game up on. But losses are never really covered, as you're just earning money you could of have just added on.

    Most people are learning the "don't keep all your eggs in one basket" rule the hard way. :p Unfortunately, some items are better to farm than others so unless we somehow can perfectly balance all prices in the shop, eventually something else will be exploited until it gets nerfed. :p

    Since I'm a noob and can't grind bones, I suggest you start it. You sell them for a cheaper price, then more and more people will buy it from you, then, people will be forced to lower their prices. Good luck
