How do you propose I provide evidence for something I did not do? For you to be able to prove that i did it, you would need to be able to prove that IAmALegend didn't do it, and then further prove that some other random donor didn't do it. This screen shot proves nothing, you would have to provide proof that the real offender didnt type /nick off, directly after the free diamonds post and you simply dont have that proof.

Yes, Dirty has said that I can re appeal but he has also said that i will not be unbanned until i admit to something I did not do. This is not going to happen as I will not lie as I have not at any stage in this whole saga, yes 'saga' its getting that way. The majority of people viewing and posting in these threads that are now all over the place know who is in the wrong here and I suspect that even he does. Even if I don't get unbanned this fact will not change.
Before i stop replying here and you can solve your differences, hear me out: Crakrjack You did nick abuse in a way... lemon didnt give you permission to use his nick, nor did he give imalegend. So you can apologize for that at least (in an appeal). the_dirty_ninja it is really hard to prove someone innocent unless they have an alibi, and on chat moving a certain amount of time a second? will you take crakrs apology for the inital, and the proven nick abuse he did? or are you looking for the apology for the spam he caused (which i do feel is not entirely proven as i stated first post of this whole thread)
And you will have banned someone without any proof, a fact that has quite a number of people surprised that a person in you're position is permitted to do. I't discredits this server.
I've yet to have seen this obvious evidence. I'm starting to think that you actually believe you have provided it, despite numerous people pointing out the errors in your case.
Yes dirty, Ive seen that but you have not been able to tell me that someone could not have typed /nick off in the 5-6 seconds that you have admitted it would have taken iLemonz to type /realname lemon. This is not proof at all. especially given that SUPERSONIC was able to type /msg lemon hd in that same time!
I will say this: i takes me 2 sec after posting something under another nick, to change back. it could very well be a misunderstanding. given i have strong suspicion this is not jack (pointed out the text colour lemon uses, and crakr used were the same except that 1 message). both of you ninja and jack are very head strong. jack, apologise for nick abuse, because you did ( not relating to the spam part). ninja, close this because now both of you have now broken the peace and im regretting some of the things i have said. Theres only so much i can do to help keep peace in skyblock
