    Well, I managed to borrow my mom's tablet, and it works fine on there

    Then it must be either the device you're on or the browser settings aren't working correctly. Yet this could be on XenForo's end.

    Browser setting are the exact same as before putting in developer mode, and it worked on my current device before

    Okay, well only thing I can think of is if your perms were taken away for those 2 tabs on accident or like I said on XenForo's side. If it's not the perms I suggest you contact XenForo.

    If everything is in the normal when you used your Mom's device, then its nothing The admins have done.
