Honestly this is very unnecessary and harsh. Of course I can take a joke, I am annoyed how porky has came onto the forums, started flame on dingle’s tog’s mine and justin’s application. I'm not sure what he is trying to achieve but it's just plain annoying.
Hard: I believe it was theway2cool1 but not certain
Medium: wilbo I think
Easy: does this mean a player on the server or a staff member
Back then I was anti social and had chat off 90% of the time

Just of personal opinion but I think it might be a little bit better to keep it to a conversation and not completely change the topic of a staff application.

Kai should’ve done this already, not continued, but I guess you’ll learn eventually.

Keep in mind however that being a staff member isn’t always about being nice and fluffy and dandy. Sometimes things aren’t going to go your way and there are times when you need to be hard or harsh on people.

Porky’s acting how he is because what he does here doesn’t (exactly) effect his status on Mineverse (I don’t know if I’m correct saying this). He’s also being harsh, but then again - sometimes people need to lay down what they know, everything and complete. A first perspective from you is what most people are going to get if they don’t know you, so you better well make it a good one. No good first impression? Well, things aren’t going to go smoothly I guess.

Last but not least, tiny posts like these:

They aren’t needed! Especially on topics or threads like these, if you’re going to say something, make it meaningful.

Neutral. For future references I think you should edit the title cause it may cause confusion since we have a staff member who is also named Kai. Not that it has impact on my support status but something to consider.

Moving onto your application, it's good however I think where you say How could this trait help me as a helper? you should add that in the beginning then put the rest after that. It makes it flow better. When I was reading I was confused why it was at the bottom. I don't see you much in game though it could be timezones tbh. I probably won't be on as much for this week and maybe nextweek due to final exams so you'll have to wait a few weeks to hopefully see me. This also goes for helping out in chat, I don't see you help out as much or not help in chat. Forums can definitely see an increase in activity. I sometimes see you on discord but that's about it

I haven't seen you on or help too much in chat, but my main reason for no support is the application itself.

As I read the application, it felt as if you are struggling to reach a word count. This paragraph about honesty is obsolete, anyone reading the application understands the trait of honesty so there is no need to rant on about it. You mention that you can be too honest, why? You start naming the negatives of being honest, and at that point change it from a positive trait to a negative one. This is just a rant about honesty and serves no benefit to your application.

This piece here also falls under the same problem as the previous trait, why rant about equality. You continue to write and write about the fact that you are not racist or prejudice but why would that matter? In the game, no one will start to tell you their religion or their race or any other factor when they are breaking the rules. It seems useless to include the fact that you don't look at those with different races/religions differently when as a moderator, it's not as if players will start telling you their race as they break the rules.

In this part, I think you've nailed the naming and short while concise description. It's generally a very good short paragraph. However, in reality, the player you are dealing with does not need to be left "comfortable". Decisions made as a moderator are to enforce the rules and generally players that are breaking rules will not be "comfortable" being punished.

As well as that, the other posts by members stating that you've post farmed leads me to also not support this application. It feels as if you are in a race to apply for helper instead of building a solid presence and a good rapport on forums.

Obviously, your application will never truly reflect your moderation in game but it is a very important first impression. To improve, I would truly need to see more of you in game but because I only know about your application currently, I don't support you.

Based on your post history and recent activity, I don’t think you’re fully familiar with the intricacies of the server yet as you still seem to be finding out a lot of new things about the server. There’s nothing wrong with always learning, hopefully every staff member continues to learn and improve overtime, but some of your questions don’t seem in that vein.

Also I’ve always believed that the forums are always an unseen side of being a moderator and have experience as a moderator to back up that claim. Your activity on the forums don’t seem to reflect you’re attempting to help or prove yourself ready to moderate the forums.

I can’t speak a ton to your work in game as I haven’t been playing again long enough to evaluate your helpfulness and activity there.

I’m not going to pass judgement on your application because of my recent return to the server, but I wanted to give you some feedback.
