Looking for a farm to invest in, I unfortunately don't have the time but I do have the money! I'm open to any farm- I just need something that will make a good profit.

 

Dirt trade is against the rules. Your options are cactus and cane.

 

Cropper farms only make you money while you are on line, so if you don't have the time, then you can't really profit from a farm.

 

What I meant is that I don't have the time to actively play- I am fine leaving my PC to AFK.

 

As AJZZ987 said, you’re limited in what you can “buy” if you’re after an entire farm. You might be better off paying people to build yours for you.
