How to let other people use one chest?

    So I have a community Cobble generator but I have run into a problem when people mine I tit goes into hoppers and the hoppers go into a chest but I cant figure out how to let people into that certain chest to get there stuff.
    Is there a command that I have to put in?
    Please help if you can Thanks

    You can private the sign on the chest then do /lockette [line] [playername] for example /lockette 2 moneter_sparkles that means me and you would be able to open the chest

    yea I know that would but I'm trying to let anyone to open it. is that possible or no?

    Type /settings, enable chest access. This is risky as anyone can open any chests, so you need to protect chests you don’t want people to use. To do this, place a sign on a chest and write “[private]”. You can also private: doors, trapdoors, gates, dispensers, droppers, hoppers, furnaces, ore blocks, beacons, and spawners. I might have missed something, but yeah, please private chests first then enable the settings.
