I think maybe they should move items but not pick them up, picking them up would crash the economy as a whole

Seeing How Hoppers Have a Low Chance for Coming Back, I'd like To Suggest For Hoppers To Be Able to Transfer Items, But Not Pick Up Items; Mainly Because most People want To Do Redstone Related Things with Them.
