I generally find a nicer way of being BB code guides is using [plain][/plain] (yes I put plain tags around those plain tags) so you don't have to do the whole "remove the full stop" stuff. But this is really interesting, I was wondering earlier on why I saw the whole "like to see this" thing... does using these mean like farming? Because you're not liking the post, you're liking to see the post. I dunno. Thanks for the guide :3
I wasn't particularly talking about your post, just about people using these tags in general. Disliking it is farming for the same reason- disliking the post not because you dislike it, but because you wish to see it. I'm just wondering if anyone should use these tags at all, if you know what I mean It's a cute way of saying "Thanks for liking/commenting" though I suppose. And yeah, [plain][/plain] tags are excellent. I love them very much.
Some people dislike it because they dislike the fact that they have to "like" to see it. I do get what you mean however.
lol I tried [plain][hide-thanks] and it came up with some random junk[/plain] oh crap I failed? Anyways I know how to use the plain thingy but like when I edited the post it showed random code.
BB code is very temperamental >_> If you haven't already, try going into the BB code editor on the top right and checking it hasn't added some random tags in random places. It likes to do that.
ouch Code: Like this post to heal me. Lol idk how to make hidden content codes. I need help. I think this is how you do it. But hey, at least I got an optimistic, cookie, and informative rating (without the .) [.hide-thanks] Hi [/hide-thanks]
