Greenies Need More Respect

I don't want to offend anybody, but Greenie isn't rude. People just say that because, its the colour of their name. If someone called me a bluey, (as I am a donor 100 on .net) I couldn't and wouldn't careless. Its just that because of the colour. Its got nothing to do with race, religion, noob, expert, or whatever. Its just the colour of the name.

 

I'm glad to hear that. But seeing the definition given to "greenies" IRL, see the sources I quoted, you'll easily understand that it is misinterpreted in game, provided that what you are saying is true (I'd like to see sources for your definition as well ). If "as*h***" was a praise with a different meaning ingame, how could you expect someone hearing it without any explanation to understand it right?

 

It isnt commonly used in our society. 90% of players havent heard of the word before playing the server. How can you misinterpret it if you have no other meaning for it?

 

It's called "default" on Mineverse because they're DEFAULT players. On net they're called greenies because they have GREEN names. What philosophical argument are you guys getting into?
