CypriotMerks possibly ignores refunding because he just can't. For example, you could have an alt grief your island, get the stuff back, and double your stuff. Plus, creative still could be abused, even possibly causing a reset. I'm sure many people would be mad at that.

 

At least tell them he can't refund then. :I

He doesn't like refunding big items because if the items scammed are still in the economy it'll ruin the server.

 

The mods should be capable to track scammed items...

 

We can, but that doesn't completely stop scams because there are still players out there who do expensive trades without a moderator supervising - because once the scammer logs off with the items it's almost impossible to get them back unless we make them.

 

they can't exactly track it if its in their inventory or echest.

 

It won't ruin the economy. Hundreds of diamonds enter the economy every day and there are DPs where thousands of diamonds of items worth are dropped.
