Help supposed to read translation of chronicles of death foretold and it’s an absolutely horrible book. Anybody have the chance to read it?

 

I am fluent in spanish as I live in Cuba. But the preterite vs imperfect is confusing can someone explain when to use the preterite or imperfect.

 

Omgg I was thought that a while ago. I don't know it fully, but I think I got the hang of it.

Imperfect:

-Location
-Date
-Time-
-Description in the Past
-before cuando


Preterite:

-Lack of description
- after cuando

I think that's how you do it. I might be wrong D:
