I do understand your perspective on this point. However; I deduced that this seems to be more for convenience than to improve the server. I don't see the necessary action in adding a plug in just to see when friend might have been online as we already have a working system of /Seen (Player).

Also, to some extent there is /Friend through the island plugin, hence the /trust (player).

Just my thoughts.

Great idea and layout! Possibly, in ideal situations, /friends could visit you anytime, instead of no one when your /locked. There's no right answer as all are opinions, and are basically equal in their potential gain and downfall. Therefore, cyp won't rust too quick on adding this in. I fully support, and give a huge good luck.
