   Sort of neutral with this one but leaning heavily toward support.
   
   It makes sense and Gives you an opportunity to put in your opinion just as a re-enforcement to a matter. Though this could also be abused (although it would be just as easy to abuse it when a thread is unlocked too)
   
   There is no really good reason for this to be not supported
