I'm sure Sean would do this without getting paid(Sorry if I'm wrong) but I have a lot of faith that he'll be a great Administrator, tbh I don't mean to sound rude but nobody but him would be ready for this, the majority of the staff team makes excuses for inactivity and the other half is too afraid of being demoted or criticized they won't say their actual thoughts, Sean would be perfect because he's not some 12 year old pushover.

 

I've held the rank before and was praised for the job I did, as I adore forums, I spend most of my time on them. It was so fun implementing stuff that people wanted, making everything just work together and it was great, sadly when I resigned I killed any chance of getting it back and while my resignation wasn't bad, it was simply because I wasn't getting along with Justin, in the end it was because of him I ended up resigning and leaving, but these days I get along with 99% of the staff team and the other 1% isn't gonna keep me down.

I currently have SMod on .NET and .ORG along with creative on .ORG, so I assume the trust is there, just Crew doesn't want any more admins, of course if I was offered the position I'd take it, but don't keep your hopes up.. I doubt it'd happen. Even though I could improve these forums 10x over.

 

There's always hope, I want to see you back as a Forum Admin.

 

That's what I was gonna say, but then again there are people with the same position as you. The point is, either you as a forum admin or no one at all

 

I don't see why people disagree with this. I don't support the extent to a forum admin, but just a forum mod, with the perms to ban, unban, edit, see hidden threads, give warnings, deal with forum reports, edit posts and lock/unlock posts. The only difference from a normal mod is no in game perms.

I really do support that. I have made my own forum mod app, I. Which if I get the job, do not expect any more respect from anyone, or payment or anything like that, only the perms and maybe a tag saying something like 'forum mod'.

If people really deserved the job, they would do it, regardless of anything, from the goodness of their hearts

 

Forum Moderators will never get perms to unban as that requires them having access to the AP(From there you can take down the entire forum), so this will never be an option.

 

I completely agree with this post. More senior managers need to be recruited. The forums and server would be a better place with more management - this goes for the support email too - and, no matter how much they think, 2 people solely cannot run 7ish servers on their own. They deserve help and frankly there are many candidates which would do a beautiful job of forum administrator, so, I +support x100.

 

I 100% agree - perhaps this'll change the server for good at last - SUPPORT.

 

That's false, the ACP can be limited in who goes where, XenForo by design only lets admins unban, however each admin can be limited with what they can touch. Probably the only thing I praise XenForo for, it's streamlined in that aspect.

Hmmmm seems as though possibly Krissy.
Sorry I don't think NoobCrew would choose Krissy over Sean because 1) Zambi is SMod on both servers, and has creative on one I think 2) Krissy hasn't been SMod for as long as Zambiana

 

Zambi would be better at it since he's been in the position before and knows more.
