guys, it's a fair discussion except although we don't entirely agree with one another, we have to respect other people's beliefs...

I don't think there is much point in arguing about this, it's very difficult to convince someone that everything they believe is right, may be wrong. If people want to believe in Evolution, let them! If people want to believe in Creationism, let them! If people want to believe that a duck created the Earth, let them! Most of the time the thoughts and beliefs of others won't really affect you, and it's an arduous task trying to induce your thoughts on others. We will find out who's right when we die, or perhaps we won't because we may be non-existent.
There might not always be a point, but it sure is fun to argue when you feel you have the upper hand. All in good fun and disagreement.
