Activity will be dropping this week as I am trying some new things out, I will be sure to increase my activity after this week
OMGOMGOMGOMG I NEVER EVEN KNEW THAT YOU GOT DEMOTED OMG!! 100% SUPPORT GET BACK UP THERE YA NUBBY NUB
lmao. Made me lol so hard XDD Anyways I'm going with Neutral as I felt to give you another chance so you can improve and saw you in game twice I suppose. But please work on activity and thanks!
No thanks, you leaked things to your boyfriend Roblox, you got the greatest smod demoted because you couldn't handle a roast, you just suck mate. No support.
Is there anything I can improve on? I understand your frustration that the super mod got demoted because of me, but if it wasn't actually demotion worthy Cypriot wouldn't have demoted them himself as many staff have complained about the incidents For the Roblox topic, I was a new staff member at the time and tried to be as cautious as possible. Roblox resigned while I told him things that a staff member was making rude remarks about him and was glad he was gone. I resigned that evening because of how that staff member treated me, and when I came back Cypriot did tell me to not leak to roblox. I have learned from that mistake as you can see I haven't leaked since that minor incident which was over half a year ago. I will improve on my activity, thanks c:
I give absolutely no support on this application, and quite frankly I don't think I gave my support on your last application either. Your actions during your 8 months as being a moderator were, for a lack of a better word, ridiculous. There was immaturity in everything you did, whether it be your reactions toward comments, or other conduct in-game. I resigned about 2 weeks later after you were welcomed to the staff team, so I am not as informed on your actions from that standpoint. However, what I do know is that there have been many complaints about you, and I do not wish for you to return to the staff team if you cannot keep yourself in check. With that being said, take time to better you image, and work on improving yourself. With how things currently are, there is little to no chance you will be welcomed back. до свидания
I am improving on my activity at the moment as my schedule is clearing up at the time. The server is starting to grow it's player account again which is great.
Hey there Emerald Post-production note: Wow. I am sorry that I wrote this much. I would cut it down, but I figured you could survive my ranting paragraphs. Sorry again! On the application: Your English is mostly fluent, making the application able to be read, though some of your sentences could use rephrasing. The contents of your "why" section are generally quite good, I found what you said was different to a lot of applications (likely because your experience on the server has been more unique), which is something I always appreciate. Your paragraph on proof is... odd. If you hadn't recorded proof, you would have been demoted. It's kinda as if you wrote a paragraph over-explaining why you never leaked, or why you never banned people just for fun. It's sort of a given, and it's not really a reason for you to be re-promoted. When I got to the section on your time spent on the server, I had flashbacks to another application where I found a similar error--and felt as if maybe I had done this whole thing before. I checked I hadn't replied to this thread, but then realised this is almost exactly the same as another re-application you made (which I more or less forgot about). So, I'll re-state the issues I had back then. It's worth noting that although you said "I'll be sure to take your feedback", you improved on none of the things I listed. Hm. Work on grammar and phrasing Explain why you were demoted, offer to explain in PM, or at the very least apologise (I know you did for your reaction, but surely you should do so for your demotion too?) Especially rephrase "I'm a late December 2013 player". It sounds hilarious, but I don't think that's your intention. Try "I began in December of 2013" or similar. Alright, with reminiscences over, let us continue! For your activity section, it's extremely difficult for most people to easily read entire sections that are bolded. Bolding is for emphasis, therefore you do not use it for entire sections. For the section following, traits, whatever you want to call it, I let out a big ol' sigh. What I said before about your application actually being different and unique was suddenly taken from me. This entire section is a "well, of course"--and a hundred other applicants have said exactly the same things. I personally found your main moderator section more than enough. A long application isn't necessarily a good one. If you're really bent on keeping it, at least change typer to typist. Trust me: it doesn't matter how many times someone has said it on Skyblock--typer is not a word. I'm not entirely sure why you placed the banning section so close to the top. Following the format properly means people who read many applications to easily locate sections. Besides: are you trying to bring attention to your banning history? Best to keep it where it belongs. Phew! I did not expect that to be so long. I am so sorry. It's not even that bad of an application. I guess I just haven't written these feedback reviews for a while: my succinctness is out of practice. On the applicant: My reason for not replying to this for so long, aside from laziness, was honestly because I didn't expect it to be up so long. I knew what the reaction to this application would be: I had assumed you would test the waters, find they were still boiling, and try again later. So, I was quite impressed when this stayed. Resilience and determination are two of the most important qualities in a moderator, in my opinion. I still have my concerns over how you acted, not only in that terrible period following your demotion, but also during your moderating tenure. Everyone has a reason to act a certain way, but people who overcome this to continue to perform their duty are the ones we want as moderators. Trust me: I've had some pretty bad days as a moderator. I too know the pain of being demoted. It's during times of conflict when the person beneath the facade often shows, and frankly, I'm slightly concerned about the person reared their head in your case. Overall, I'm leaving this as a vague "work on my feedback, and I'll give you my verdict later". Last time, you didn't change a thing following my feedback--not even a simple sentence where I gave you the correction. I'm hoping that this time you can find something in this disgustingly huge slab of text to work on. Good luck!
I am glad you have responded to this application. I will work on my grammar and fix some of the issues you have mentioned in my application, I will make sure to message you the reasons I got demoted and I did apologize to the staff team and several certain staff members, but I do apologize to the community for letting some of you guys down. Putting that aside, I will make sure to work on getting the trust back from the community and to have another shot. I have said this frequently, but I appologize for the ways I acted after my demotion. I did not want to act that way nor did I chose to act that way, that way got to me. Right after my demotion I specifically told Love to make sure I did not turn into one of those ex-moderators, but it happened to me as my feelings got to me, which I am sorry about. Ever single staff member has had at least one day on their moderating experience, and my bad day happened to be the day I have gotten demoted. I apologize to the community and my apology has already been sent to staff a while back. Is there anything else to work on as what I see is grammar/technical issues and trust?
