Yes but when he private messages them other players will say you do not help in chat and they will go with no support. I was helping them in PM but on my application players said I don't help in chat.

 

Sigh... here we go again. I'm going to be bluntly honest and start with the negatives, you have grammatical and spelling errors within your application. Certain sections need more detail, such as the 'Why do you think you should be moderator' section. You stated qualities that a mod needs and may have, but you didn't explain how it will benefit the server. When you mentioned 'As a Mod, I would take it more seriously and handle the stress as much as I can.' You're putting yourself down by saying that you aren't taking it seriously now?... Also, instead of saying 'as a mod you need to know all of the rules' you should turn it on yourself and say how you would make the server better by knowing all the rules and how it would benefit the community.

I am always active on this server.' Repeating yourself, and the times you can be on shouldn't be under this section, as this is the why you think you should be mod.
'Unbiased
I am unbiased.' Repeating yourself again.
'I love doing free repairs and giving away free ranks off and on' Although this may show you as being a friendly person, it doesn't show how you would be a good mod, so I feel this is unnecessary. Also, the 'Background Information' section is completely unnecessary too, that kind of information should be in an introduction, not an application.
Anyways...
Even though I just stated all of that negative feedback, I do feel as if you could have potential, I do see you helping out in game (not as much as before I took a break), although I rarely see you on (could be time zones?) You are a friendly person, and you do interact with people quite often, but for now, work on the layout and small errors in your application, get used to forums and help out more in game.

-Maturity
Pretty much every no support comment on here told you to work on your maturity. And without replying to them, how do I know that you're mature? Have you even read their comments? I'll know if there isn't a reply to this comment.
-Friendliness
Going back to the fact that you're ignoring the comments. By replying, you'll be a bit more friendly.
-Mini modding
How many times was this brought up and you still continue to do it. I mean, really, is it that hard to /m (player) (answer)?. I do it all the time, and you get used to it. By commenting you're just creating spam.
-Replying to the no supports
3rd time saying this in the reply. I think you'll know what I mean.

 

If you message someone in private and help, ok. But when you apply for Moderator and in one of your qualities you say you are Helpful ,60% of the players will say you don't help in chat.

I have read all the comments, but some of them I did not reply. I will try my best to reply to all the comments. For the mini-modding, I do message people rarely when I tell them to, because I believe that people will say I am not helping since they do not see me helping in chat. I also believe that people are going to say to me that I am not helping since they do not see me helping in chat, when I am actually messaging in /m. I will try to use /m more, but cut down on the global chat.

 

Also, the other day i say you donate 10 dias to someone because they wer close to donor10

 

I don't agree with you on the mini modding.

I used to do it all the time when I was going for mod and I can name countless other people or current mods that did it when they were going for it. I've seen mods still do it when they get promoted.

It doesn't create spam, with that logic, every time someone wants to say something in chat, it is spam and we'd be kicking everyone.

Yes, /messaging would also work instead of putting it in chat but preferance would also come into place here. It honestly doesn't matter if you do it in public chat or in /m, as long as you're helping out the player it's alright.
