Modified server restart message in client, made it colored. Made the time stuck at spawn to give the sky a nice color. More miscellaneous tweaks to server functions in hopes of reducing some latency. Disabled /friends and /staff temporarily, they have always created some lag while being used or from the player join/quit event to load data. We will attempt to fix and reduce this before adding back. /friends and /staff can still be used from the hubs normally, so you can still check on friends or staff online. Re-enabled AI movement from spawner mobs. Before, mobs from spawners would jump or swim but nothing else. We first disabled this to see what sort of performance boost we would get, however this ended up breaking /warp mob and /warp passive.
