does placeing a hopper minecart count as one of the hopper limits?

Titles the question. And also, what is the max limit of hoppers? I forgot. thanks

 

I don’t think hopper Minecarts count and you can do /limits ingame to see the max which isn48 for 99x99 72 for 149x149 and 96 for 199x199

 

They dont count towards the limits! but yeah, do /limits in game to find out how many you can still place
