Do Mobs spawn on the islands?

Do you know if the mob spawns are slowed?

 

Mobs cannot spawn on slabs. Not really sure what you mean by that.

 

Uhh... Slowed down... not spawn as much? It's working, but not as affective as my testing world. everything is lit up..

 

I don't believe they are, they should spawn as frequently as they normally do...

Do you have any potential areas in your build which could be causing lighting errors, so corners etc?

 

I FINALLY got it all worked out. XD But everything is lit up outside.

 

So the mobs are spawning inside the mob grinder?

 

Yes, but very slowly. I'm spending some time away from the island... idk

 

They’re more likely to spawn with you on the island actually. If you really want to speed the process up, make it a multi-story mob grinders.

What is the command for settings because /settings isn't recognized, I'm also playing classic.

 

Classic is extremely limited, I am personally not versed with the features there, I wouldn't be surprised if it isn't an option

 

I seen this problem before.you need half slabs on top.so they won't spawn on top.and press f3 to check your lighting .if it to much light they won't spawn.when I come back home tonight I will run over there and have a look for you. Have you tried logging off and log back on again.
