Ok, do you want to see my point of view? I mean, they deserve recognition but at the same time... it just feels like off because it would seem to be bragging... I don't know I kinda feel off idk why, I'll remain neutral for this one.

Support. I also think that past staff members who were staff before the staff trophy was implemented should get it too as they were staff at some point as well.

The developers do so much for our community and deserve to be recognised for the work they do, even if it is in the form of a Forums Trophy.
Developers are as much a part of the staff team as any other member as they create the fundamental basis for our platforms, and without them we would be lost.
Thank you to all the Staff Team and Developers for the hard work they do

I applied the trophy to the developer staff ranks, so they should be getting their trophies when they next log-in to the forums. (thanks devs)

I don't actually want to give discord moderators a role on the forums because they don't play a role on our forums in terms of staff moderation, and while yes we must recognise the work they do it's also important to note that this can cause confusion with players, maybe not so much with older ones but newer ones. It's very important to maintain that balance where we acknowledge the work whilst keeping that separation between the platforms we moderate (hence why they are not listed in the staff team page) but they are listed on the discord server. If that makes sense...?
