Neutral, agree with comments made before. Although your application is very nice and neat I think you should be more well rounded and go on forums more and maybe introduce yourself and help people more often as we see this often issue with people never or has seen little of players who are trying to apply for "Helpers" roles.

moving to no support. I think youre a great applicant for mod, but I hardly ever see you online, let alone helping. I like the activity on forums, just not enough on skyblock. It may be time zones but im on a lot of the time. I might change depending on your in-game activity. I wish you the best of luck.

Introduction:
Hey, my name is Devan and I am 15 years old. I love playing Minecraft and it’s basically the only actual video game I’ve liked and have stuck with. I am currently in Year 11, my last year of school, which I find rather thrilling but worrying at the same time. I love to write short stories, scripts and even books; that’s if I ever finish them. I consistently love listening to music – you would literally see me listening to music everywhere I go, mostly. Anyways, let’s get started with this application you clicked on to see.

Your in-game name:
My in-game name is Devannn_ and I don’t plan to change it at all.

What time zone are you in?
My current time zone is BST UTC + 1 hour.

What country do you live in?
I live in the United Kingdom, North-East of England.

What languages can you speak?
I can speak English, fluently. I can also say little words of German, French and Spanish.
I plan to extend my vocabulary and speech in Spanish to hopefully speak a full conversation in Spanish. Here is a little example I have learned: ‘’¡hola! Me llamo Devan. Encantada de conocerte.’’. This translates to ‘’Hello! My name is Devan. Nice to meet you.’’.

Do you have 2FA Enabled? Yes/No
I certainly do have 2FA enabled and plan to keep it that way.

Do you have the necessary means of capturing evidence? (i.e recording software, screenshots, etc)
I have a paid application called Bandicam which can record Minecraft and take screenshots.
Windows 10 too permits me to take screenshots.
To finish, Minecraft let’s me record and take screenshots.

Why do you think you should become a Helper?
Becoming a Helper has a lot of responsibilities that I can handle. I believe I have so much to what it takes to become a successful Helper. I believe that I have many qualities which suit the role of Helper. Below I state the qualities I have and why this would help to becoming a Helper.

Fast Typer.
Being a fast typer will allow me to answer questions faster and reply to players whenever they need any kind of assistance. I would like players to be answered and soon as possible, so they don’t lose interest.

Helpful.
Being helpful is a big obligation to become a Helper. The clues in the name. I believe I can help players and solve the problems they’re facing. I would want to help as many people as I possibly could by solving problems, banning griefers, mute spammers, etc. People wouldn't want to be interrupted by these rule-breakers and therefore, I think I have this skill to be a successful Helper. A Helper needs to answer every question as possible, help those guiltless people who were robbed, stop people from spamming, fake messaging, etc to help this server grow into a well-behaved server. And I think I have this quality.

Honest.
I think being honest is good for being a Helper. I wouldn't want to lie to a player just because I couldn't be bothered or because I don't like them, etc. I would want to be truthful to each player. You cannot lie about banning someone on purpose with no evidence; you need evidence to support your argument/ban etc. This suggests that being honest and truthful will bring out the good side of you as you are being faithful to everyone. And I think I have this qualification needed to be a successful Helper.

Responsible.
Being responsible is a immense role for being a Helper. You are left with many responsibilities such as helping as many players as possible, looking after the server when the Owner’s aren’t online, solving problems, etc. Yes, maybe sometimes I goof around or act a bit weird but when the time is to be engaged, I change my way from weird to responsible and serious. I know which times I need to be responsible and which times I can have a bit of free time. When you're a staff member, you can't just be irresponsible when people need your help; you need to help them as best as you can. This suggests that being responsible will make people think that you're reliable and then they'll be able to trust you; likewise, people will always come to you first for help. And I think I have this qualification needed to be a successful Helper.

Patient.
I never get miffed when I'm waiting for something and I think this is part of a Helper’s Job; for example, this application has been opened for over two years now, but I am patient and still carrying on, improving in what I do, etc. As a Helper, you can't just ban people straight away without looking at the evidence because you cannot be bothered in looking at them, you need to learn how to be understanding and how to take your time and look at the evidence before banning. This suggests that being patient will make you a better person as you don't get outraged of waiting for something; people will think of you as a nice, calm person. And I think I have this qualification needed to be a successful Helper.

Confident.
I am never too afraid to speak to anyone on skyblock/forums; I am always satisfied with everything I do. When you're a helper, you need to be willing to do anything to help anyone; you need to show confidence when you're helping the guiltless people. This suggests that being confident will make people think that you aren't afraid to do any difficult challenges that will come; thus, they'll think that you can do anything bravely. And I think I have this qualification needed to be a successful Helper.

Experienced.
I have many experiences with being a Staff Member. From being a Moderator to being a Staff Manager to a Developer and so on. Being experienced is good because then you're already prepared for what you're about to take on. You're already used to the commands and know how to log bans and all the other Staff jobs you do. This will help boost how good I may be as a Helper due to me having experience.

Knowledgeable.
Becoming a Helper with some knowledge will help boost how well you’ll be. I have many knowledge with being a Staff Member, so I know what I’m capable of doing and what I am getting myself into. I believe that having lots of knowledge is incredible for you as you’re prepared.

Positive.
Becoming a Helper will need you to be positive. You can’t become a Staff Member with a bad, negative, temperamental mood. You can’t be impolite to a player just because they keep on inquiring questions; if the need assistance, you should be helpful and answer them positively and willingly. I believe I am positive in everything I do towards Skyblock. This is good to become a successful Helper.

Devoted.
Being devoted to the job you applied for is important. I believe that I can work hard, answer questions fast, log bans, mute spammers, catch rule breakers and more. This can improve my chances of being a successful Helper as I am dedicating my time towards being Helper.

Understanding.
Being understanding when handling players problems is a principle of being a Staff Member. You must understand their problem to evaluate the problem. This is handy in becoming a Helper as you’ll have to understand every players problem; whether that’s their side of the story or their question. I think I am understanding which would make me a successful Helper.

Organised.
Being organised makes you a relaxed and a prepared person. When being a Helper, you should be organised on what you do. For example, I could help people on discord for 30 minutes then go in-game to help for 1 hour. Being organised evenly spreads out your assistance to players on a variety of platforms. This is handy to becoming a Helper.

Good listener.
Being a good listener when handling players problems is a principle of being a Staff Member. You must listen to their problems to evaluate the problem. This is handy in becoming a Helper as you’ll have to listen to every players problem; whether that’s listening to their side of the story or their question. I think I am a good listening which would make me a successful Helper.

How long have you been playing Skyblock?
I have been playing Skyblock since September 2015, just over 3 years.

Have you ever been banned in the past? (Forums and In-Game)
On forums, never. But on in-game, I have once; this is when I started playing Skyblock back in 2015, I accidentally made a few people fall put off my island during a skin comp. I got given an (I think) a 2-day ban. When I came back from my boring two days without being able to play my favourite server, I never made this mistake again. I even warn people about this and what happened to me. Everyone I told about this, believed me. This is a lesson taught well.

Do you have any past experience as a Staff Member?
Yes, I do have experience as a Staff Member. I moderate two discord servers, admin on another discord server and was Owner of three discord servers. I was also Staff Manager, Co-Owner, Admin and Head Moderator on multiple Minecraft Servers. I am used to all the commands that Staff use and how to log a ban, etc.

I think this application deserves an update since this is 1 year old. So I think you've matured a little and definitely became a more relevant player in this community. I still seize that annoying mini modding but not as much as back then. Btw annoying mini modding is not helping in chat but for example you accidentally post the same message twice where you can tell it was an accident and that certain mini mod takes this opportunity to put themselves out there and warn you (=seizing opportunities to mini mod even if it isnt relevant). If you try to reduce behviours similar to this it would be great.
