Now the story is getting more complicated. So the story is that Pedro's head got griefed, then the griefer sold it to conor for 200 diamonds then conor lost it?
Can I just point out that the head was stolen by a family member of Conor. Furthermore the head has been transfered would have been transfered from person to person by now and unless either confesses a refund may not be given as the head is still in the economy.
