Dont really feel this is a real trait to be a moderator because if you constantly forgive repeat offenders, that'll be a terrible tactic for the server.

May I ask who these many people are? And what could you do for them to heal them?

Rethink those two traits. Other than that support.

I see you posting a lot of off topic content in threads. Such as, if someone is looking for a builder, you'll post that you like their profile picture and try to start a full blown conversation.

 

The people I talked to asked my to keep their identity clasified. Sorry. But I heal them by talking to them and making them know that they really matter.

 

Then I instantly go back to the topic. It's just the way I was raised. I know that to be a moderator I will have to change that, which I know I can do.

 

Yeah, forgiving is a trait. I know when it's time for someone to get kicked or banned. I do not always constantly forgive. But thank you for mentioning this
