To prevent the accidental mix-up of the pyschos and students, or so that no student can use the costumes to enter the school and creep people out with such a costume. But they also normally ban masks too, so that doesn't help.
I said that wrong which is why I started on a new line. I completely understand why they don't want people dressing up. I was meaning I don't know why the hell these 'clowns' feel the need to do what they do :/

I think its getting out of hand. We had clowns at my old high school come with Machetes. It is ridiculous the length people go to.
My school hasn't, but my teacher told us that a family friend wasnt allowed to go as a clown for a dress up day... Wow, would've triggered people... But it would've been funny xD
