I do not support you, here are two reasons of many:


You swear in the next post, a lot. A moderator should not do that.

Another one is the text you write in, seriously what is this? With that kind of extra coloring and stuff in the text, am I supposed to take anything you say seriouly? Also, in the next quotes, your way of writing is awkward. like using "XD" at the end of the sentence or a "show me??"

 

Everybody swears and as I said Stel is the only person I'm biased towards. I've also stated that I have to take a certain tone to get my message across to her at times. I can assure when I was a moderator, Of course there would be once a blue moon but I dare you to find a screenshot of me swearing when I was a moderator on skyblock or teamspeak.

As for the fancy bordering e-e thats nothing more than a way for me to kill boredom, each to their own, if you don't like it then just ignore it, no reason to "not take me seriously" and as the faces, is it such a bad thing to have a little bit of personality in the way I type? Don't give me "no support" over these little things, this are just personal preference- nothing which makes me not a good moderator.

As well for the "Show me", Stel said she saw me do something so I replied "show me" since she claimed to have evidence for something I've never done.

I appropriate negative criticizing feedback, everyone has a text style/way of speech, don't diss me as a moderator and give no support because it annoys you. Its supports like these which should not be on moderator applications.
"Two of many", please tell me your other no supports if their not just shooting me down for the way I do things.

If the no supporters are saying something which doesn't apply to me or anything which has nothing to do with moderating, I will reply to them.

I do like No supports and see what I do wrong in their eyes, but right now majority of the no supports are either picking on little things I do or have wrong ideas, just saying things to give no support.

If your supports or no supports consist out of little things I do which you like but has nothing to do with moderating, please don't put your support down. I want to know what I do well and what I don't do well. I don't care for page or post count, I just want to know feedback. ​

I can agree on the second part of that, not on the first. "Everyone swears". No. The little kids that play on Skyblock don't swear. And as a moderator, you shouldn't be biased to a person. "the only person i'm biased towards". Make that none. "Everyone swears" is a really stupid thing to say. This is a G-rated server, the staff should NOT swear. No matter what you do in real life, you need different qualifications there. I pick on the "little things", because in future situations, like this one, it has a big chance of becoming big, which will be bad for you and the players. "This are just personal preferences nothing which makes me not a good moderator" Once again, swearing makes up a big part or being bias towards a person. With the show me, I understood that wrong (or you have an excuse, could be both, but I think I understood that wrong), it sounded very rude with the ??? at the end of it, but if that's not an excuse, I agree that I was wrong.

Feel free to reply to this or not, but you should at least read it.

 

I explained why I spoke that way in my reply, and regarding me being biased, I've explained why I'm biased, Its because I had and have no power against Stel, not that I want to be, other moderators are forced to be biased about this too, only Cyp and Noob and probably Zambiana are the only ones who could be unbaised towards her, but then again, their biased by money and the rule NoobCrew has set "Donors can get lesser punishments". So for each of these points I've already explained, so please read what I've replied with so I don't have to explain it again.

As for that coming across as rude, thats just how you read it as, but then again if I added a face such as "owo" you wouldn't be able to take me seriously, would you?

 

You were a really good Moderator. When I was first promoted to Trial Mod, you helped me so much and I was really grateful for that. You did whatever you could to help me when I asked you for it. However, you were really inactive and to my knowledge, you still are. I sometimes see you online though. For now, I'm neutral on this application. Good luck, Chibi.
