Denied Chargeback ban appeal

The only way to reverse a chargeback ban is to close the chargeback through paypal or whatever other method you used to open the chargeback. It is your own responsibility to maintain access to your email and payment accounts. If you do not have access to it anymore, then you can use the service's account recovery procedures to try and get it back.

 

In order to get unbanned, you will have to cancel the chargeback which means paying the $200. However since the money was taken without permission from your mother I would recommend not doing that again.
