There was a tweet where she said that she is already in jail... Doubt that is true though

I won't be changing mine. If you have a smart password, there is no need unless you were keylogged/RATed.

As ISuika said, they cannot just enter the giant database of passwords.

What these people do is nothing like that actually. They use a program that probably just randomly spits out word combinations and saves ones that work, then the guy matches it up with the username/whatever.

Either way, yes it is recommended to change your password.
The giant list of passwords that he has for accounts at the moment is actually useless. (Unless you know the person's email)
You need the email of an account to gain access to it, and sadly a friend of mine did get his info disclosed.
I know his email, so I tried it out, and sure enough I had access to his account, so I warned him to change his password.

But yeah, change your passwords anyways.

You realize this is probably trolling, as in, he is kidding with that tweet. He sounds like the Minecraft-orientated DerpTrolling.

lelddos is powerful enough to steal accounts from the database, and hit off ddos protection servers.

It is not hacking, It is what he uses to hit off servers. It was seized and he is trying to get it fixed, It still means he can steal accounts and ruin lives, just not destroy your router.
