At this point, I believe that you are trying to grasp at any straw you can to deny your duping, despite the mountain of evidence.


To start with, you ignored my question about your duping two times in this appeal, before I purposely told you to stop doing so. Instantly this is a red flag because if you had genuinely done nothing wrong you would be happy to adress the issue swiftly and prove your innocent in the situation. You made an admission thread and a video, telling the entire server of your actions. Despite your claim that it is 'no proof of duping', it's a pretty big point. You moved around huge amounts of diamond blocks and emerald blocks. You say this was from a drop party, but if it was this innocent and you didn't believe you were doing anything wrong, you wouldn't have placed them at obscure locations and co-ordinates at many different islands. Also, I have had players come to me and tell me they have duplicated items from you, which, again, doesn't back up your story well. You were also moving large amounts of diamond blocks around for a few days, which doesn't add up to the fact you got them all from a drop party.


Despite all of this evidence, you have denied doing anything wrong. Most of your answers are grasping at straws and you are trying to backpedal on what you've done.


I would also like to add that you had been island farming on alts prior to your original ban - you clearly had no intention to follow our rules, especially after your multiple past warnings.


Because of your actions and your continuous denial of doing anything wrong (again, despite everything I have presented), me and the team have decided that it is best you are not allowed back on the server.

You had a chance to prove you could play and follow the rules, and you have thrown away that chance.


This appeal will be denied and your ban will become permanent.
