UPDATED
Many People are unable to join any Skyblock Server. All .net, .org and skywars result in connection timed out.
Reconnecting to the internet, getting a new IP and restarting client and PC do NOT solve the problem.

For the investigators: It all started on Friday, 10:45 PM GMT (UTC+0). UPDATE: I talked a lot of nonsense lately. Cloudflare is not involved with the SRV entries. But the SRV Domain server.skyblock.net, which is the result of all above mentioned server domains when being resolved. It seems like this is a DNS issue.

I figured out workaround so I can connect to Skyblock by buying a month access to a VPN, there are free and paid ones. I removed a previous mention, there is no recommendation or promise it will work, but in my case a VPN worked.

The cause was found but cannot be fixed, Monday it will run again. VPN still a good workaround.

 

I also cannot connect and don't know why. It am getting "Connection timed out: No further information."

I will try again from work and see what happens.

Don't use NorthVPN, use a free VPN like Proton VPN (100% no virus free robux included)

 

Totally agree that it is your free choice and should be no ad. I'll edit my first post on that.

 

Proton VPN is great. This issue is not, hope it gets fixed soon.

Update: it is related to Gameserverkings, according to my research.

 

It is still not working for me. I have closed and re-opened my game.

Good to know. I feel very sorry that I bothered Matt with my false diagnosis, but I am glad that the issue is identified, even though it cannot be fixed. At least it did not turn out to be "turn your Router off and on again" xD

GTT is making Problems again. Full Downtime from Weekend is gone BUT
We get kicked with downtime in Germany and UK a few times per day.
ALSO today since 1 hours its a total blackout again, see the attached picture
