You cannot get mod just to be unbanned.

 

I was about to address this. You just dug yourself into a pit. There is a big chance you won't become moderator because of the fact that you have a history of lying to staff and getting banned. Lying to staff already gets you down to a no support. Getting banned for stealing just gets you down to even lower. You will not become moderator anytime soon as you have lied, stole, and you are acting as if you are more than careless about this application and if you will become moderator or not. I really think you should rethink the choice of going for moderator because you don't seem fit for it and you seem like you won't be a good one either. Don't take any of this personally as this is to help you, never to hurt you.
