This is a well-written start. I see nothing wrong with it. It is good to hear that you wish to be a help to others, that is a good quality for a moderator to have.

good qualities you mentioned there, I believe you do keep to the qualities you mentioned.

For How long you can be active, I would suggest that you mention your best estimate. When you send in an application, you would mention your current available times as necessary. It would be best if you changed that part. I usually just mention the number of hours I can be available at a time. Other than that, it appears that the rest is pretty good.

Regarding your spiel on your experience in 8th grade, it doesn't entirely relate to moderating. Moderating is more than leadership, and class projects are on a much smaller scale compared to other things. However, it does show leadership, and that is one of the qualities needed in a moderator. So I would say it's ok.


Overall, you have a good application. I believe that you should still be more active and helpful. I give you a support. Good luck.
