If you're willing to void the warranty, then yes. Overclocking can squeeze more performance out of your CPU, but can be dangerous (for the CPU) if you don't know what you're doing. And RGB LEds are purely preference - personally, I don't bother. Only RGB LEDs in my PC are in my MSI RX 480 Gaming X
y'all need to not stop getting off topic lmao From what I heard, the AMD Radeon RX 580 (and graphics cards similar to it) are packed with power for a affordable price. GTX 1050 Ti is not bad, but its more expensive. For a game like minecraft, its like pushing a feather, it's not going to destroy it at all. I use a GTX 750 Ti from 2013 and it works well. Also heard the 750 Ti works well on gta v, but it depends what processor you got so. I have intel i7-2600 (2nd generation from 2010) so most games, if not all should run fine on that. Only issue is my PC crashing and/or freezing constantly (it was purchased in 2010)
Ehm, he was asking questions about what processor he should get and I explained to him which he should get, I am confused as to why that is off-topic?

Ehm, could you link me to your PSU? I know Rosewill make good budget cases but I'm not sure on power supplies. You never want to cheap out on a power supply.

SHould i be worried?
It's normal for computer components with fans to have dust build ups, you just need to clean/dust them once in a while. That power supply is excellent, don't worry. Great reviews and 80+ Bronze rating, will be more than sufficient for your build.
