.NET is most definitely not overstaffed. Quite the contrary in fact, we still have more work on our hands than we can handle in a day's work, and if every moderator only put in the amount of time advertised on their moderator applications, the server would go straight to hell in terms of rule breakers.

That being said, I love the suggestion. It's just not going to go anywhere. Handling bridges is one of the most tedious, time-consuming tasks of the moderators on Skyblock, and we hate every single bridge we have to tear apart. I highly doubt anyone would enjoy the position, and even if they signed up for it, the risk that they'd stop working after the first few days is simply too big.

but those who apply for mod should be told that they will in fact be tearing down these bridges. So one way or the other they will be doing that role. like they wont be looking around for them, just tearing them down when someone says i found a bridge.
I agree, i dont think net is overstaffed otherwise we would have mods on every hour of the day and most likely, less grief complaints as they would be handled in game. the more reports there are, the less mods were on ingame (minus minechat)

Look guys, I know it sounds like a cool idea or whatever but theres no need to make wild suggestions to what a "bridge mod" should do. I mean I didnt create this thread to discuss the roles of a "bridge mod". All i wanted to ask the forum, specifically to the mods, is whether this was a realistic idea or not.

I see 2 mods that have already said that it is a pointless idea, which is fine. So there's no need to argue a case and suggest more things. They already have a lot of other things to do so theres no need to push.

If they think it is necessary, then they would create the position because of their decisions. Not a couple of randoms with wild ideas. if they like the idea, cool. if they dont, thats fine.

I created this thread to ask whether this was a realistic idea or not and they have answered the question. Lets just leave it at that.
