There is /island ban, /ignore, also the ability to ignore people on forums too yet nothing like youve mentioned has happened
You can already create a limited community by setting your profile so only the people you follow can view it. Therefore this point is illogical and does not make sense. People should not have to privatize their profile to disallow one or two people to see it. Not all issues happen on Skyblock therefore not everything can be reported. It could also be personal preference, such as if the user has looted you before and got banned but now is back, I don't think I would want that person to view my profile.
