Personally, I think Cypriot should just lower the price of the legendary keys, because like how John said:

I think it should be around $5-$7.5.

SOME-WHAT OFF TOPIC BUT STILL RELATES TO THE THREAD:
I do remember somebody named like NoobasursFTW, or something like that, I forgot, buying like 15 keys and opening them up, and he actually got decent stuff considering 40% chance of a pot. I don't even think it's 40%, because 40% is ALMOST equivalent to 50%, and he only got like 3-6 pots out of 15 keys. If I remember correctly he got like 2 dragons eggs, I think a creeper head, beacon, and like 2 wet sponges (or normal sponges, I forgot).

They should either be better or cheaper.
Also, rare keys should be better again. Beacons should be re-added along with a crazy rare chance of getting a legendary key. Therefore, vote keys and rare keys are more in demand, making it easier for daily voting newbies to earn money. Everyone wins.

You could get lucky, but if you think about it, those 3-6 keys are worth 30-60$, which were wasted.
